Powder Filling Machine
The machine shall be suitable for filling all types, sizes and capacities of DCP fire extinguishers. We can also empty the extinguisher in the same Process.
The machine shall have a hopper made up of Mild steel having (4 MM Thickness) 30 KG Capacity, Fitted with the Self cleaning Teflon Filters, Two inspections Window is provided for Powder level Inspection.
The Height of the Hopper is pneumatically adjusted by the pneumatic Cylinder
The machine shall have an electronic platform weighting balance of minimum 60 kg capacity. The machine shall be provided with an inbuilt control panel with facility for setting. The filling quantity by weight. It shall be possible to set the filling capacity by weight so that the machine stops automatically after filling the set quantity to an extinguisher.
Provided with one storage container of 100KG capacity made up of 4mm thick MS Sheet & Also it is provided with inspection windows for Powder Level check.
The machine is provided with 32mm Diameter & 1.5-2.5 Mtr two Suction hose For creating vacuum while emptying
The machine is provided with filling adapter which is capable of filling 1 To 150 KG Fire Extinguishers.
